A personal lab building focused workflow tools for the AEC industry.
The lab is run by an architectural designer in Tokyo. Each tool addresses one clear problem in AEC workflows - built to run locally, simple to evaluate, and free to use.
Tool philosophy
Every tool starts from a workflow problem that can be described in plain terms - manual revision checking, unclear data handling, or processes that don't fit how review teams actually work.
The goal is not to add another layer of process. It is to remove unnecessary review effort while keeping the workflow understandable to the people already doing it.
How the lab builds
Each tool is released with a clear scope, behavior that can be evaluated quickly, and documentation that explains what it does and what it does not.
For PDF Diff, that means local processing, clear system requirements, and honest notes on current limitations.
What the lab shares publicly
AEC DX Labs publishes tool pages, documentation, and development notes that make each tool easier to evaluate before downloading.
